therapy services
individual therapy
This is a space built entirely around you. In individual sessions, we slow down together—making room to understand the patterns, stories, and experiences that have shaped how you move through the world. Whether you're carrying grief, navigating anxiety, working through a life transition, or trying to reconnect with a sense of self, our work is collaborative and paced to where you are.
Sessions are available in-person and via telehealth.
couples therapy
Relationships ask a lot of us—and sometimes the distance between two people grows faster than either person expected. Couples therapy is a space to get underneath the conflict, to understand what's actually being communicated, and to find your way back to each other with more honesty and intention. Whether you're in crisis or simply feeling disconnected, we'll work together on building trust, improving communication, and creating a relationship that actually reflects who you both are now.
Sessions are available in-person and via telehealth.
speaking, writing, connecting
(and everything in between)
I bring my clinical training and lived experience into spaces beyond the therapy room—partnering with organizations, conferences, and communities to talk honestly about mental health, identity, and healing.
I've had the privilege of partnering with NAMI Chai Chat and serving as a mentor and speaker with South Asian InterVarsity, and I continue to be energized by the work of meeting people where they are.
My speaking experience spans a range of formats and audiences: I've served as lead emcee for a 3-day national college conference with 500+ attendees, been an invited speaker at women's and young adult conferences, and joined podcasts as a guest discussing mental health and spirituality for Asian American Christian communities.
I co-designed and co-facilitated three original group programs—Chai & Chat, South Asian Family Dynamics, and community events covering topics like social media and AI, friendship and loneliness, self-harm, being neurodiverse and more.
Whether I'm facilitating large-group engagement, leading intimate workshops, or sitting across from a single microphone, my goal is the same: create a space where people feel seen, leave with something useful, and walk away a little less alone in what they're carrying.
