a healing space that honors all of you. Where your culture, your story, and your full self are always welcome.

A woman with wavy dark hair, wearing a white T-shirt and black jeans, sitting on a beige chair in a modern, minimally decorated room. She rests her chin on her hand and looks at the camera with a relaxed expression. There is a white ceiling lamp and a white paneled wall in the background.

I’m Ayna (she/her), a South Asian Punjabi Therapist, a doberman mom, a believer, and average ceramicist.

My purpose as a therapist in many ways is like being a mirror in your life, helping you endure and reclaim your story.

Beginning therapy services is one of the most vulernable and hardest things anyone can do,

so I am really glad you are here.

You deserve a place to be heard and known, and it’d be my honor to be apart of your story.

I’m so glad you’re here.
